About the Role
Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for accuracy and quality of imaging.
Responsibilities
- Conduct radiographic exams
- Manipulate x-ray equipment
- Evaluate radiographs
- Assist in related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with clinical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State licensure if required
- Achieve ARRT registry or registry eligibility within specified timeframes
Skills & Abilities
- Technical proficiency in radiologic procedures
- Understanding of basic anatomy
- Ability to operate imaging equipment and computers
- Physical capacity to lift patients, carry equipment, and stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
Working Conditions
