About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Data Integrity to lead and oversee clinical coding and data quality initiatives. This role involves providing guidance on ICD-10, CPT-4, MS-DRG, APR DRG, APC, and APG coding systems, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop educational materials for clinical coding and data integrity.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to improve documentation practices.
• Maintain coding accuracy to optimize revenue cycle processes.
• Identify risks and recommend process improvements.
• Stay current with industry regulations through ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of HIM/revenue cycle compliance experience.
• CCS certification.
• Deep knowledge of hospital billing procedures.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• RHIT or RHIA credentials.
• ICD-10 certification.
• Management experience in a healthcare setting.
