About the role

Perform radiographic and advanced imaging procedures to aid physicians in diagnosing diseases and injuries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment and adjust exposure factors to ensure image quality and proper identification.
• Practice radiation safety and maintain imaging equipment.
• Review images for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in advanced imaging modalities and special examinations, including fluoroscopy and contrast media handling.
• Provide patient education and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information.
• Support team collaboration and demonstrate excellent communication.
• Adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist in training students or new staff as needed.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and safety protocols.
• Focus on customer service and high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• ARRT certification in Radiography.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in advanced imaging modalities and surgical settings.

Physical demands
