About the role
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately, ensuring high-quality images and proper documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to enhance care delivery.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with completed clinical hours.
- ARRT registry or eligible, with registry achieved within 6 months of hire.
- State licensure may be required depending on location.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
Skills
- Proficiency in radiographic imaging.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Perform physical tasks such as reaching and bending.
