Radiologic Technologist Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily imaging operations within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.
• Perform and coordinate diagnostic imaging exams.
• Guide and support technologists to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and patient care standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership to optimize workflows and improve departmental efficiency.
• Support training initiatives and promote continuous improvement in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
