Radiologic Technologist III

About the role

The Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) plays a crucial role in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions. Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction.

Requirements

• Associates Of Science Graduate of Radiology Technology Program from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five (5) years acute care hospital experience and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab
• Medical Radiographer: TX
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency with imaging equipment and software is also required.

Pay

The posted compensation range is $27.97 - $41.60 /hour, reflecting the lowest to highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Schedule

The schedule is 80 hours per week, with a shift of 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM Monday-Friday, including call responsibilities.
