About the role
Perform routine and advanced diagnostic radiographic procedures in an academic medical setting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate imaging to support diagnosis, treatment, and education
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment
- Adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards
- Document procedures in PACS/RIS and EMR systems
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and learners
Qualifications and Skills
- Experienced in radiologic technology with strong technical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Mentoring skills for students and new technologists
- Knowledge of imaging equipment and safety protocols
