About the role

This position involves providing high-quality radiology services in accordance with physician orders, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare radiology rooms for procedures.
  • Develop images and operate equipment safely.
  • Evaluate image quality and ensure diagnostic accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with patients across all age groups, providing education and support.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including radiation safety and infection control.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and monitor patient conditions.
  • Respond to contrast reactions and other emergencies.
  • Assist in training new staff and support operational policies.
  • Coordinate workflow and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) and BLS certification.
  • Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures, safety protocols, and infection control.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in team settings.
  • Preferred: 1 year of diagnostic imaging experience.
