Responsibilities
- Perform digital X-rays and ensure images meet quality and diagnostic standards.
- C Conduct routine laboratory testing, including specimen collection, processing, and documentation.
- Follow proper protocols for infection control, safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Accurately record test results and input data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Prepare examination rooms and assist medical staff with patient procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of lab and imaging supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience.
- Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and medical assistants to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- C Current Limited Scope X-Ray License and/or ARRT certification.
- S Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
- O Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- A Ability to follow established safety and infection-control procedures.
- C Proficiency with computers and comfort learning electronic health record (EHR) software.
- D Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- P Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong customer-service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- E 1+ year of experience as a lab technician, medical assistant, or x-ray technologist in a clinical or occupational health setting.
- L Certification or experience in phlebotomy, specimen collection, or laboratory testing.
- K Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards.
- F Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical terminology.
- B Prior experience in a healthcare environment performing x-rays, lab testing, or patient care support.

Schedule
The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no weekend or holiday hours. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.
