Radiologic Technologist - Float

About the role

The Multi-Modality Technologist performs at least two procedures, primarily CT and X-Ray, supports additional modalities regularly, and provides on-call coverage. They prioritize patient-centered care while adhering to registered technologist standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures, including CT and X-Ray.
• Support additional imaging modalities as needed.
• Provide on-call coverage.
• Deliver patient-centered care across all age groups.
• Maintain competency in at least two radiology modalities.
• Adhere to registered technologist standards and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
• Preferred associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
• 1-2 years of clinical radiology experience.
• Licensure/certification in two radiology modalities through ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
