Radiologic Technologist - Float

About the role

The Multi-Modality Technologist performs at least two procedures, such as CT and X-Ray, supporting additional modalities regularly and providing on-call coverage. They aim to deliver patient-centered care while adhering to the standards of a registered technologist.

Qualifications

• Experience with all age groups
• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited radiology program
• Associate's degree in radiologic technology preferred
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Licensure or certification in at least two radiology modalities via ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS

Skills

• Knowledge of radiographic procedures
• Effective patient communication
• Proficiency with imaging software and equipment
• Maintaining competency in two modalities
