Radiologic Technologist - Evening Shift

About the role

This role involves performing general radiography procedures under the supervision of the Site Manager and Radiology Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the procedure room and patient for imaging
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and proper functioning
• Educate patients about procedures and obtain patient history and consent
• Position patients appropriately for imaging
• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and ensure high-quality images
• Review images before release to confirm diagnostic quality
• Maintain adequate supplies and monitor patient safety
• Adhere to protocols to minimize errors (target <2%)

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of a Radiologic Tech certificate program
• ARRT certification or equivalent
• Basic Life Support certification
• Competency in imaging procedures and attention to detail
• Adherence to safety and quality standards
