About the role
The Advanced Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, maintaining high-quality imaging standards, and accurately documenting procedures and findings. Effective communication with patients and healthcare providers is essential for delivering optimal care.
Responsibilities
- Operate imaging equipment to perform diagnostic procedures

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with clinical experience or a bachelor's degree graduate
- State licensure (if required)
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in radiographic imaging equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
