About the role

A Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to capture radiographs of designated anatomical areas, ensuring proper exposure and radiation safety.
• Explain procedures to patients, position them correctly, and assist with fluoroscopic and special radiographic tasks.
• Process images for quality, match with documentation, and manage billing for procedures.
• Provide education and orientation to new technologists and support radiology training programs.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Radiology Technology program or ARRT certification, with a minimum of two years of experience preferred.
• Must hold ARRT and BLS certifications.
