Radiologic Technologist-Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of radiology procedures utilizing all aspects of the equipment
• Is in the control room and assigns exams to Radiologic Technologists
• Trips orders and requests for C-arms in the operating room
• Decides which fluoroscopy exams, needle-work procedures and general X-rays will be done first and coordinates with transport
• Continuously in contact with the staff to monitor needs in the Emergency Room (ER) for timely turnaround of exams
