Brief Description

PRN position to supplement for staff temporarily out of the office.

Job Description

Performs ordered diagnostic medical radiographs.
Operates fixed and mobile x-ray equipment, performs other associated functions such as clerical duties and image processing/quality assurance.
Also responsible for assisting to ensure efficient functioning and safe patient care is upheld within the Radiology Department.

HIPPA requirements: access to PHI as necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Approved School of Radiologic Technology
• Current registration by the ARRT at hire
• Current Permit to Practice by Iowa DPH at hire
• Mandatory Report Certs (Dependent Adult and Child) within 6 months
• BLS within 6 months
