About the Role
We are seeking an experienced full-time Radiologic Technologist for our surgery center located at 2800 Desert Inn Road, Las Vegas, NV 89121. Proficiency in all areas of orthopedics (hands, foot & ankle, sports medicine, spine) is desired for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and patient assessment
- Apply knowledge of radiation safety and protection
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of internal and external callers and visitors
- Perform orthopedic procedures and pain management procedures
Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technologist training program
- Current ARRT certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2 years of experience in radiology
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
