Radiography Technologist Lead
Summary
Leads team members for assigned areas or functions by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities. Provides monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team members' performance, especially in the areas of productivity and quality management. Serves as a positive role model by working with team members to promote teamwork and cooperation. Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision-making/problem solving. Performs responsibilities of underlying job. Takes responsibility for, or provides guidance to team members on, the handling of complex or novel issues. Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. May work with Radiology students.

- Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- May work with Radiology students.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position.
- State licensure if required by law.
- 2 years of experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay
$29.52 - $41.33 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Schedule
Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
