Responsibilities
- Maintains and monitors staff performance, emphasizing quality and productivity.
- Coaches and evaluates team members to ensure high standards are met.
- Promotes teamwork and cooperation by acting as a positive role model.
- Captures and prioritizes workflow, assisting with complex issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT; specialty certifications if required.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
