Radiography Technologist Lead

Responsibilities

• Maintains and monitors team performance in productivity and quality.
• Coaches and evaluates team members' performance.
• Promotes teamwork and acts as a positive role model.
• Collaborates to coordinate services, prioritize workflow, and support decision-making and problem-solving.
• Utilizes critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered RT by ARRT, with required specialty certifications and state licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid for at least 60 days of employment.
