Radiography Technologist - FT, Nights

About the Role

Performs a variety of radiographic procedures applying ionizing radiation, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging.

Responsibilities

• Assist with complex procedures such as ERCPs, fluoroscopies, OR procedures, lumbar punctures, bronchoscopies, and critical care interventions.
• Troubleshoot equipment, obtain nursing assessments, and monitor patient condition for appropriate care decisions.
• Quality check images, document information in PACS or EPIC, and ensure proper procedure documentation.
• Respond to emergency situations and maintain compliance with organizational values.
• Promote patient care, safety, and satisfaction while coordinating workflow and equipment use.
• Arrive patients, charge procedures, and manage supplies post-exam.

Requirements

• Certification from an accredited radiology program.
• ARRT registered; SCRQSA certification (if applicable).
• CPR certified.
• No prior experience required; current staff may be grandfathered in.

Skills

• Knowledge of office equipment, PACS, and EMR.
• Proficient in computer skills, data entry, and teamwork.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Schedule

Night shift available.

Additional Details

Non-management role reporting to a supervisor. Located at a hospital facility within the radiology department.
