About the role
Under supervision, and following established procedures, performs a variety of radiologic procedures in two or more modalities, using standard, portable and/or specialized X-ray equipment to apply prescribed ionizing radiation in order to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patient’s illnesses or injury.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience
- Graduate of Radiology program and maintain ARRT and state licensure
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to operate radiologic equipment
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience
- Experience in acute hospital setting
- Experience with sterile technique
- Experience with administering contrast dye
- Assisting IR procedures
- Experience with PACS
- Previous Cerner experience a plus
Physical Demands

- Speak clearly so listeners can understand
- Understand the speech of another person
