About the role
Radiographer for PRESNow responsible for performing diagnostic medical radiographic procedures and participating in CIT teams when needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct radiographic examinations following hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain department standards for quality assurance, safety, and equipment readiness.
- Develop films, evaluate image quality, and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
- Transport patients to and from radiographic rooms, preparing and maintaining the environment.
- Participate in educational activities to enhance professional growth.
- Attend meetings and stay updated with current practices and literature.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) license or temporary license required.
- ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred; current BLS certification required.
- Knowledge of hospital policies, safety standards, and radiographic procedures.
