Flood Communications and The Twister and News Channel Nebraska are dynamic media companies specializing in radio, television, and social media content. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Radio Station Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Create online content including live streaming, editing videos, on-the-spot commentary, and conducting interviews.
• Voice-track by recording, editing, and playing back scheduled voice tracks as required.
• Produce radio audio content such as commercials, jingles, and promos, ensuring high-quality sound.
• Assist in the conceptualization and execution of radio promotions, including preparing materials, prizes, and setups for remotes.
• Provide general support to other station activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in radio or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficient in audio software and equipment; training is available.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate live broadcasts or remote sessions as needed.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Valid driver’s license.
