RADIATION THERAPY ASSISTANT

About the role

Moffitt is the only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center based in Florida. As a Radiation Therapy Assistant, you will perform various duties assisting Technologists in the care of Radiation Therapy patients. This role supports patient care through activities such as escorting and greeting patients and families, providing directions and information, and helping locate patient areas. You will also maintain inventory, replace linens, and clean or break down equipment. Note: This role does not involve performing any therapy treatments.

Responsibilities

• Escort and greet patients and families in a positive, customer-focused manner.
• Provide directions and information to patients and visitors.
• Assist in locating patient areas within the facility.
• Maintain inventory and replace linens as needed.
• Clean and break down equipment.

Pay

Salary Range: $16.40 - $22.38 per hour. Ranges represent the expected base pay for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, skills, education, and internal equity among team members in similar positions.
