About the role
We are seeking a full-time, certified Radiation Therapist with advanced skills to join our Radiation Oncology team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing patients and charts prior to procedures
- Delivering precise radiation treatments, including HDR therapies
- Coordinating patient scheduling and assisting physicians with procedures
- Administering radiopharmaceutical treatments and providing patient education
- Utilizing advanced treatment techniques and imaging technologies in a clinical setting
- Cross-training opportunities within the radiation therapy system
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- Board certification by ARRT (RT[T])
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience preferred
Skills
- Attention to detail and precision in treatment delivery
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Ability to operate advanced radiation therapy and imaging equipment
- Team-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt
Schedule
Day shift, no weekends.
