Radiation Therapist, Full Time, Sign-On Bonus Available

About the role

Performs an extensive range of Radiation Oncology procedures on in-patients and out-patients. Procedures are performed as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist and according to established practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Covers a rotational call schedule, as well as morning warm up.
• Complies with the ALARA principle.
• Provides patient/family education related to Radiation Oncology.
• Ensures patients confidentiality.
• Maintains equipment and supplies.
• Models professionalism and teamwork.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be Registered Radiation Therapist by the ARRT.
• SCRQSA - State licensing required; must meet continuing education requirements.
