Radiation Therapist (Part-time) Sign On Bonus

About the role

This position will work M-F daytime hours with no on call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient simulations (20%)
• Delivers prescribed radiation treatment (50%)
• Affords support and education to patients according to specific department guidelines (10%)
• Maintains medical records for treatment delivery, charge entry and quality assurance in accordance with regulatory and departmental guidelines (15%)
• Performs other duties as assigned or required including, but not limited to, mentoring employees/students and participating in department and organizational initiatives (5%)

Qualifications

• Minimum ARRT Registered Technologist, RT(T) in good standing or board eligible (must complete certification within 1 year of hire)
• CPR – American Heart Association
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate

Benefits

The position offers a sign on bonus of $7,500 for a two-year commitment.
