Radiation Oncology Physicist, Clinical Faculty (JR140462)

About the role

The role is designed to provide clinical faculty support in the Radiation Oncology department.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in research activities related to radiation oncology.

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree.
  • Board certification in Medical Physics or Radiation Oncology.
  • Experience in clinical practice and/or academic settings.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Knowledge of radiation therapy principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in medical physics software and systems.
  • Ability to teach effectively and mentor trainees.
