Radar Engineer

Location: Patuxent River, MD (On-Site). Active Secret clearance or above required.

Join a dynamic team supporting advanced radar systems in a mission-critical environment. As a Radar Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to design, integrate, and optimize radar technologies that enhance warfighter capabilities. Your role will involve managing the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process, collaborating with OEMs, and developing innovative solutions to improve radar performance across various platforms. Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and optimize radar technologies to enhance warfighter capabilities.
• Manage the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process.
• Collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional engineering teams to improve system performance and integration.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve radar performance across various platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in radar systems engineering.
• Deep understanding of radar systems and data link technologies such as Link-16, TTNT, Link-22, etc.
• Growler experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively with OEMs and cross-functional engineering teams.

Pay

$110,000 - $130,000 annually (negotiable).
