Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body
• Under the supervision of a Radiologist, perform x-ray therapy on patients, assess patients throughout, and respond to the patient's needs as appropriate
• Serve patients in the emergency department, hospital, and outpatient patients in need of services
• Perform procedures in accordance with established protocols for patients ages neonate through geriatric
• Maintain expert technical and patient-care skills and provide quality diagnostic results

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
• State Registered Radiologic Technician
• Associate Degree
