Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech – Travel Job

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to perform a variety of radiographic procedures, producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures using DR skills and various imaging equipment, including 2 x-ray rooms, 2 portables, 3 C-arms, and GE imaging equipment.
• Work in multiple settings, including outpatient, ER, ICU, floor x-rays, OR, and Fluoro (if assigned to day shifts).
• Respond to rotating call on Sunday nights with a 30-minute response time.
• Work weekends and holidays as required by shift.
• Float to different departments as needed.
• Utilize Epic for charting and Synapse Fuji PACS for image management.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Licensed and accredited by ARRT and State (if applicable and required by law).
• ARRT (R) certification and Kansas LRT licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist.
• Some OR experience.
• Ability to work independently.

Schedule

• 5x8s schedule (Monday-Friday).
• Rotating call on Sunday nights with a 30-minute response time.
• Weekend and holiday requirements apply depending on shift.
