About the role
Perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Work 8-hour shifts
- Work 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Coverage includes X-ray, fluoroscopy, inpatient, ER, and OR
- Every other weekend required
- Recent travel experience required
- Experience with c-arm and operative cases required
- Hospital-based experience required
- Emergency room and inpatient/outpatient studies experience required
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Licensed and accredited by ARRT and State, if applicable and required by law
- BLS certification
- 2 years of experience as a Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech
Qualifications
- Recent travel experience required
- Experience with c-arm and operative cases required
- Hospital-based experience required
- Emergency room and inpatient/outpatient studies experience required
Skills
- Highly skilled in radiographic procedures
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Proficient in operating equipment such as c-arm and x-ray machines
