RAD Tech - X Ray
Location: Brownsville, Texas • Duration: 13 weeks • Start date: August 24, 2026
About the role
Produce radiographic images based on each patient’s needs and physicians’ orders. Maintain an orderly room and follow processes set by the medical facility under the direction of the head of the Radiology Department.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality radiographic images tailored to individual patient requirements and physician directives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient radiographic room
- Adhere to all facility protocols and safety standards
Requirements
- Completed training at an accredited radiologic technology program
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Pay
Estimated gross weekly pay: $1,827 (includes estimated weekly stipend of $1,107)
Schedule
Three 12-hour day shifts per week
