Job Summary
To produce high-quality MRI images in a safe, service-oriented environment.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal program of Radiologic Technology accredited by the Joint Review Commission on Education in Radiologic Technology.
Registration/Certification/Licensure
- ARRT certification in Radiography (or compliant modality) and MRI.
- Current MD BPQA license.
Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year MRI experience.
Other Requirements
- Effectively communicates with all patient populations and staff by implementing organization-wide communication techniques as a daily practice.
- Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
- Effectively advocates for quality patient safety and satisfaction as a daily practice.
- Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies in accordance with policy and/or department requirements.
