Responsibilities

• Drive materials and dependencies between component suppliers and ODMs to ensure on time deliveries through all hardware development phases: EVT (Engineering Validation Test), DVT (Design Validation Test), PVT (Production Validation Test), and MP (Mass Production).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support TPMs in executing multiple NPI (New Product Introduction) programs.
• Manage team action items and ensure prompt follow up to facilitate on-time program delivery.
• Own and update SOT (Source of Truth) schedules from vendors to Meta core team at weekly update meetings.
• Format and maintain documentation with guidance from the TPMs.
• Gather and consolidate feedback from the engineering team for recurring updates to management and broader organization.
• Help manage general busy work that keeps programs on track and aligned.
• Ensure key project documentation and timelines are up to date and accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management with a strong focus on system-level hardware development; familiarity with power and thermal concepts is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing hardware development programs from concept through production.
• Solid understanding of hardware design bring-up, validation, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated experience with material planning, supply chain coordination, and supporting high-volume production ramp-up.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum High School or GED Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams and influence executive leadership.
