RA - Resident Aide
Schedule
Full-Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Location: Concord Reserve, 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, OH 44145.

Responsibilities
- Providing residents with routine, daily, quality care.
- Assist with individualized attention, according to the resident’s assessment and care plan.
- Encourage residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
- Promoting a positive, calm and effective work environment that contributes to teamwork.
Qualifications
You are a compassionate and dependable caregiver who is committed to supporting residents in their daily routines. You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a customer service background and orientation
