R.O. - Maintenance Technician 1

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.
• Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
• Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
• Coinciding or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them.
• Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues.
