Maintenance Technician 1

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and wash windows/walls
• Maintain floors through cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
• Assist with building maintenance and construction work
• Perform lawn care and snow removal
• Assist with general repairs to facility and residents’ equipment
• Operate various hand and power tools, and use maintenance equipment safely

Requirements

• Preferred experience in a healthcare setting
• Building and grounds maintenance experience
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

Qualifications

• Commensurate with experience

Skills

• Knowledge of health care facilities
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of maintenance equipment operation

• $21.50 - $26.86 per hour
