About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and optimization of new processes and technologies within the R&D department. This includes working on projects related to microbial fermentation, synthetic small molecules including ADC, HPAPI, plasmid DNA, mRNA, LNP, and sterile filling.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and optimization of new processes and technologies within the R&D department.
- Work on projects related to microbial fermentation, synthetic small molecules including ADC, HPAPI, plasmid DNA, mRNA, LNP, and sterile filling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience in laboratory techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of fermentation processes and bioprocessing techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
