We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key parts: - Job Location: MASON BUS AND INNOVATION CTR (maybe location) - Job Description: description about R&D, internship details. - The Opportunity: description. - Key Responsibilities: bullet list. - Job Qualifications: Required Qualifications (list) and Preferred Qualifications. - "Just so you know:" includes some text about diversity, mobility, compensation, etc. This includes compensation statement: "Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors...". Also "Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits." Then later: "Job Schedule Full time". Then "Starting Pay / Salary Range $60.57 - $60.57 / hour". So we have pay info: $60.57 per hour (fixed). Also schedule: Full time. We need sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe required qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe from required?), Benefits (maybe mention benefits? There's mention of total rewards includes benefits but not specific benefits; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits." That's vague but mentions benefits exist. However we should not create a Benefits section with filler like "not specified". The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Benefits, the posting mentions benefits exist but not specific. Is that considered stating them? It says "Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits." That is a statement that benefits are part of total rewards, but does not list any specific benefits. The rule says we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state that benefits exist, but not details. Might be considered stating them (they exist). However the instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state that benefits are part of total rewards, so we could include a Benefits section with that statement? But we need to avoid filler/placeholder. The statement "Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits." is not filler; it's a statement. Could be okay. However we also have Pay and Schedule sections with specific info: Pay: $60.57 per hour. Schedule: Full time. So we can include those. We also need to include location maybe as part of About the role or a short p. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: location, description, opportunity, responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, compensation statement, pay, schedule, full time, maybe note about mobility, diversity, immigration sponsorship not available, etc. Some of that might be considered boilerplate? The "Just so you know:" includes diversity statement, mobility, compensation, etc. Some of that may be considered EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The diversity statement is EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should remove that. Also "Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this role." Might be considered legal? Possibly keep? It's not EEO but it's a condition. Might be considered substantive? It's a specific condition about sponsorship. Might be kept. However the instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The diversity statement is definitely EEO. So remove lines about valuing diversity, non-discrimination, etc. Also "Qualified individuals will not be disadvantaged based on being unemployed." That's also EEO. Remove. "P&G is dedicated to meeting the needs of applicants requesting an accommodation/adjustment due to a disability..." That's also EEO/accommodation. Remove. "Procter & Gamble participates in E-Verify." Might be legal; maybe keep? It's not EEO but could be considered legal. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate? It says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So legal boilerplate should be removed. So "Procter & Gamble participates in E-Verify." is legal; remove. Also "Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this role." Might be considered legal? It's a condition; maybe keep as it's substantive about eligibility. But could be considered legal. I'd keep it as it's a specific condition. Also "Just so you know:" includes mobility statement: "Mobility is a key component of many management careers, providing opportunities to grow through different assignments, locations, and business challenges. Candidates should be prepared to consider relocation opportunities throughout their career as business needs and development opportunities arise." That's not EEO; it's about mobility. Could keep. Compensation statement: "Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits." This is not EEO; it's about compensation. Keep. Then we have specific pay: Starting Pay / Salary Range $60.57 - $60.57 / hour. Job Schedule Full time. We need to output sections: About the role (maybe combine location and description), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe required qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe from required?), Pay, Schedule. Could also have Benefits section from total rewards statement. We must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine some. Let's think: About the role: include location, description about R&D internship, opportunity, maybe mobility statement. Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities. Requirements: required qualifications. Qualifications: preferred qualifications. Skills: maybe we could extract skills from required qualifications (e.g., microbiology, synthetic biology, sterile technique, etc.) but that overlaps with requirements. Could skip Skills section if redundant. Pay: include specific pay and maybe compensation statement. Schedule: full time. Benefits: maybe include total rewards statement. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All sections must have real content. Let's draft. HTML:

About the role

Location: MASON BUS AND INNOVATION CTR. This 12‑week paid internship runs from May (potentially early June) to August 2027 at the Mason Business and Innovation Center. As an intern in Procter & Gamble’s upstream Corporate Functions R&D organization, you will work on delivering superior chemical and biological solutions across all business units. The role is suited for PhD candidates eager to learn, with strong communication skills, a passion for innovation and problem‑solving, and a proactive, adaptable attitude. You will join a collaborative team where your contributions will have a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Mine literature for genetic pathways and biosensors for chemical classes of interest.
  • Leverage genetic engineering tools and analytical techniques to enable, improve, and quantify biomolecule production and/or biosensor function.
  • Independently develop, execute, and analyze experiments to characterize and optimize engineered microbial systems.
  • Stretch goals include automation of experiments to deliver outputs more quickly and reliably.

Requirements

  • Working towards a PhD in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to work safely and independently with prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms.
  • Excellent microbiology and synthetic biology skills (sterile technique, microbial cultivation, familiarity with common molecular biology tools).
  • Basic laboratory quantitative and digital skills for assay design and analysis of results.
  • Available to work a 12‑week internship from May/early June to August in the summer of 2027, working daily in office at Mason Business and Innovation Center.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing automated workflows for molecular biology.
  • Hands‑on experience and independent proficiency in analytical chemistry and bioinformatics.

Pay

Starting pay: $60.57 per hour (fixed rate). Compensation at P&G varies based on office location, role, degree/credentials, skill set, and experience; total rewards include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.

Schedule

Full‑time, 12‑week internship (May/early June – August 2027).

We might also include Benefits section: but we already mentioned benefits in Pay section. Could create Benefits section: "Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits." But that's somewhat redundant. Might be okay to have Benefits section with that statement. However we already included benefits in Pay. To avoid duplication, maybe we keep Benefits separate with that statement. But the rule: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having both Pay and Benefits might be thin. Could combine them. Already we have Pay section includes benefits mention. That's fine. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The "Just so you know:" also had "At P&G, we believe that diverse experiences help build strong leaders." That's EEO-ish; we removed. Also "Mobility is a key component..." we kept. Also "Compensation for roles at P&G varies..." we kept. Also "Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits." we kept inside Pay. We also need to ensure we didn't include duplicated lines. Looks fine. Check that we didn't include Job ID or requisition numbers. Not present. Check that we didn't include "Job Schedule Full time" as separate line besides schedule section. We have schedule section. Check that we didn't include "Job Location MASON BUS AND INNOVATION CTR" as heading; we included location in About the role paragraph. Check that we didn't include "Job Description" heading; we used About the role. Check that we didn't include "The Opportunity:" heading; we incorporated into About the role. Check that we didn't include "Key Responsibilities:" heading; we used Responsibilities. Check that we didn't include "Job Qualifications Required Qualifications:" heading; we used Requirements and Preferred Qualifications. Check that we didn't include "Just so you know:" heading; we incorporated relevant bits into Pay and maybe schedule. Check that we didn't include "Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this role." We omitted; maybe we should keep? It's a substantive condition about eligibility. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate; immigration sponsorship might be considered legal. But it's a specific condition. However it's also a kind of legal notice. I'd lean to remove it to be safe. The rule: remove legal boilerplate. So remove. Check that we didn't include "Procter & Gamble participates in E-Verify." Remove. Check that we didn't include "Qualified individuals will not be disadvantaged based on being unemployed." Remove. Check
