About the role
The Peripheral Interventional group at client Technologies and Innovation, located in Research Triangle Park NC, seeks a detail-oriented R&D Lab Technician II to join our team and work on testing new technologies for a range of medical devices.Responsibilities
- Aid in completing test procedures, operating test equipment, and accurately recording measurements with limited supervision
- Daily use of laboratory tools and equipment such as weighing balance, pH meter, tensile testers and other measurement related formulation characterization for R&D processes
- Prepare and pack devices for stability assessment
- Communicate results and information verbally and in written form (reports, presentations)
- Occasionally work with biological specimens (e.g. tissues) for lab scale testing
- Assist with other projects as needed
Requirements
- Experience with basic lab techniques
- Willingness to learn new experimental tools
