Responsibilities
- Product Design & Development
- Cost Savings
- Sustaining Engineering activities
- Define product requirements
- Prototype concepts
- Develop manufacturable designs
- Test product to meet defined specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Manufacturing Engineers
- Work with internal manufacturing team and engage with contract manufacturers and purchased finished good suppliers of a wide range of disposable products
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or Science Related Field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- MS in Engineering with 0+ Years
- PhD in Engineering with 0+ Years
Skills
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of teammates
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis tools and/or software
- Previous industry experience working on development or change management of class I or II medical devices
- Knowledge of Quality System Regulations (Design Control and Process Validation) compliant with the FDA and other regulatory agencies
- Experience resolving technical issues and implementing solutions
- Ability to lead and manage small to medium scope projects
- Ability to interface effectively with health care professionals and medical device customers

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
