Responsibilities

• Product Design & Development

• Define product requirements
• Prototype concepts
• Develop manufacturable designs
• Test product to meet defined specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Manufacturing Engineers
• Work with internal manufacturing team and engage with contract manufacturers and purchased finished good suppliers of a wide range of disposable products

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Science Related Field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• MS in Engineering with 0+ Years
• PhD in Engineering with 0+ Years

Skills

• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of teammates
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis tools and/or software
• Previous industry experience working on development or change management of class I or II medical devices
• Knowledge of Quality System Regulations (Design Control and Process Validation) compliant with the FDA and other regulatory agencies
• Experience resolving technical issues and implementing solutions
• Ability to lead and manage small to medium scope projects
• Ability to interface effectively with health care professionals and medical device customers

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
