Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate export control and document classifications.
  • Interface with the R&D team for budget forecasting.
  • Assist in creating, tracking, and status updates of R&D JIRA-related tasks.
  • Create and maintain R&D KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Assist with the coordination of Global R&D meetings and document new materials, procedures, and best practices for the Global R&D Team.
  • Assist the Global R&D patent team with invention disclosures, patent tracking, and correspondence with US patent attorneys and/or paralegals.
  • Help administer and organize Confluence Wiki and Jira instances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of administrative duties including computer skills (MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Internet).
  • Atlassian and/or web design experience (highly desired).
  • Ability to format documents, presentations, and filing.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of two years’ related experience in a high-technology engineering/research environment preferred.
  • Degree in a related field preferred (AA, AS, BA, BS).
