Responsibilities
- Write test protocols and reports.
- Conducts basic product testing.
- Aids in building prototype devices and fixtures.
- Researches and reviews clinical data for assigned projects.
- Aids engineers with other product development activities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in a Scientific or Engineering field.
- Able to work onsite daily, commutable distance.
- Commitment to 3 rotational semesters is required.

About the Role
The R&D Co-Op program is designed to provide exposure to multiple disciplines and product lines within the Urology and Critical Care Research and Development function. The Co-Op participant is expected to learn the business and be a contributing member on assigned projects while gaining valuable experience toward their degree. Upon completion of the program, an R&D Co-Op participant will have gained real-world engineering experience and contributed to the design, development and/or launch of a medical device. This position is on-site in Covington, GA and is an opportunity for a new Co-Op. The position is not eligible for relocation and/or housing assistance.
