About the role
We are seeking an innovative and scientifically curious R&D Chemist to join our research and development team. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise in chemistry, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating new materials, formulations, and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Research, develop analytical methods, and assist in formulation of products for the wafer level and semiconductor packaging, IC substrate, and printed circuit board industries
- Identify, develop, and execute analytical research project activities as delegated to them by the Senior Research Manager
- Observe, analyze, and interpret the results from these activities and make recommendations for the direction and preferred route forward for analytical research projects
- Use data generated pro-actively for problem solving and/or value added activities on projects
- Write reports and presentations that clearly communicate technical findings to other researchers, and participate in departmental project meetings
Requirements
- BS or MS in Chemistry with 3+ years of laboratory experience
- Strong background in Analytical Chemistry and/or Electrochemistry particularly preferred
- Hands-on experience with modern analytical instrumentation and laboratory techniques, including chromatographic, spectroscopic, and electrochemical methodologies
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

The typical base salary range for this position is between $81,470.00 and $122,206.00
