Quoting Engineer

About the role

As the Quoting Engineer, you will work closely with the Inside Sales team and Process Engineers to ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded by producing quotes for a wide range of products manufactured at any of our three divisions – Clarence, NY; Syracuse, NY; and Toronto, ON. This involves a complete understanding of our manufacturing processes and the efficient, quality-conscious use of raw materials, tools, machinery, and manpower. Seal & Design, Inc. is a family-owned company founded and located in Clarence, NY, with three divisions across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes gaskets, O-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and other specialized products for sealing applications across industries such as Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
• Basic SolidWorks/AutoCAD experience
• Proficiency with business software and Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of basic machine operation and capabilities
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively
• Results-driven with the ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Pay

$70,000 – $80,000 per year
