Quote Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Quote Specialist at Fusion Connect assists all sales channels, generates product/service quotations and proposals, and interfaces with vendors for pricing. This role does not involve meeting quotas or outbound sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Fluency in Fusion’s data, voice and cloud portfolio services including Unified Communications, Hosted VoIP, SIP Trunking, Internet Access, SDWAN, CCaaS and Microsoft Licensing
• Interface with Sales Engineering as necessary to ensure services meet customer requirements
• Key requested quotes into applicable systems to generate quote opportunities for Sales
• Contact Fusion Vendors to gain quoting and pricing as necessary when not available
• Source, design and price network solutions for connectivity to and between customer locations
• Prepare product/service quotations and proposals
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Good with numbers
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel and Typing

Requirements

• Two or more years’ experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
