Quotations Specialist, MRO

What You'll Do

• Review and qualify incoming RFQs.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Assess customer requirements, costs and delivery considerations.
• Cook up proposals and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Support outside sales teams and key customers.
• Ensure timely responses while managing multiple priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience 3-5 years in quotations, inside sales, applications engineering or technical sales support within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial valves.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and customer specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
