Requirements
- Proven experience in career counseling, coaching, or a related guidance role.
- Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to translate abstract personal visions into concrete, actionable career plans.
- Familiarity with occupational research tools and labor market information.
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when working with individuals at various stages of career exploration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Certification in career development facilitation is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar advisory or coaching capacity.
