Requirements

• Proven experience in career counseling, coaching, or a related guidance role.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate abstract personal visions into concrete, actionable career plans.
• Familiarity with occupational research tools and labor market information.
• Demonstrated empathy and patience when working with individuals at various stages of career exploration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Certification in career development facilitation is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar advisory or coaching capacity.
